20250125 update 1: I was able to download the whole thing. I'm just starting to analyze it, but definitely seems legit. 382 files, 111GiB compressed, 438GiB uncompressed. That breaks down to 289 "twitter_users_xxx.csv.xz" files, 108.4GiB compressed, 421.8GiB uncompressed, and 94 "twitter_users_extra_xxx.csv.xz" files, 26GiB compressed, 168GiB uncompressed. All the files have valid 64-bit CRCs. Now it's time to free up a TB or so of NVMe space to test with.

20250125 update 2: I've extracted all the files, and everything points to this being legit. Roughly 100M URLs in there. The handful of accounts I've checked -- a mix ranging from famous people to an account that was almost never used -- they are all there, with correct data. My analysis: I would be shocked if this turned out not to be real. I have nothing to do with the hack, I'm just a data analyzer, but happy to answer questions.

20250315 update 3: There's a "sneak peek" at https://biteblob.com/Information/FViKnBc...t_Files.7z that has the first/last files and README. Only a bit over 2GB uncompressed (500MB to download).

If this had peoples real names, addresses, phones, dob, & was split up by COUNTRY, it would be worth having. But personally, I could care less about people rattling on Tweeter, they are a bunch of jerks out to impress each other & who gives a rats ass about them ? Find me something I can use to LOCATE people that speak English, with dob & ssn if possible. I could care less about jerks giving me their opinion on anything.

I'm just starting to analyze, but it passed my initial "sniff test" before downloading, and after downloading all the initial signs are pointing to it being legit.

The only reason this thread doesn't have pages and pages of posts yet is because it hasn't hit the news yet.
