Make sure you read our TOS. On the Russian bulletproof servers it is logical to not target the CIS region.

There is only one node that is down due to a hardware failure which the part is getting delivered soon to fix it. Everyone was on that node will get their time back.

VPS is already not working for a couple of days support feeds breakfast and answers very long. I don't recommend it
