thank you for that wonderful notice.
its seems i have a lot of ISIS Leaks, i posted this one because i saw a user selling it.

keep in mind, SIDER got it from US and Valhallah as far i remember.

SIder as far i remember is selling a public leak : Iraq Traffic database.
