DINACIA (National Directorate of Civil Aviation and Aeronautical Infrastructure) is a unit of the Uruguayan Air Force, dependent on the Ministry of National Defense. This government agency is responsible for providing services, analysis, and control to national airports and aircraft throughout the country, in addition to monitoring Uruguayan airspace. This state agency monitors everything that occurs in Uruguayan skies and collaborates with other organizations, such as the Ministry of the Interior, to exchange monitoring data on aircraft departing and entering Uruguay.

Incident details: defacement, interception of email messages , leak of confidential documents, phone number of the President of Uruguay, AGESIC systems
Entities linked to the leaked confidential emails: Aeropuerto de Carrasco, Ministerio del Interior, Interpol, Unidad de inteligencia del los aeroportos, Policia Aerea Nacional and others
archives (deface): Home (wayback machine)
status: Deface is still operational at 5:02 AM (Buenos Aires, Argentina time)
website: dinacia.gub.uy and breachforums.dinacia.gub.uy

In this collaboration, we are different people who, together, managed to infiltrate OSE, ASSE, AGESIC, and the Ministry of Health (MSP). Even "uruguayo1937" managed to hack and leak the database of Uruguay's ruling party, the Frente Amplio. Now, we've added another entity to the list: DINACIA, a state organization dependent on the Ministry of Defense, according to Wikipedia.

This is a collaboration between BogotaLeaks, the creator of the defacement code, and uruguayo1937, who gave us access to the Ministry of the Interior's intranet VPN and the login credentials for the SGSP monitoring system. The AGESIC security director is mentioned here for informing the media that we are being investigated for the ASSE data leak. This message is to inform AGESIC that we are also investigating them, but unlike them, we will find them. I took care of all the server infrastructure, DNS and obtaining the correct access credentials to DINACIA

Additionally, for fun, we gained access to the government domain registry provided by AGESIC. Using AGESIC's systems, we registered domains like "agesic-domados.gub.uy" and, in the WHOIS records, posted messages and even referenced the BreachForums community. We also registered the domain "breachforums.gub.uy," making BF part of the history of government domains in Uruguay. I didn't know what AGESIC was, since I'm not from Uruguay, but after informing a TV outlet that I was under investigation, I discovered it's the state organization in charge of investigating incidents and data breaches in Uruguay. Among the users most targeted by AGESIC, according to media outlets and news portals, are the users "expresidentes" and " Empire", and to date, AGESIC has been unable to do anything against them.

We also intercepted emails sent by companies, state entities, and even authorities. These emails mention that they are "confidential information" and so on. Among the most frequent entities were Carrasco Airport and the Ministry of the Interior. Emails and documents, mainly in PDF format, were found with travel information, airplane passengers, travel, information about aircraft owners, and other data. Intelligence agencies such as Interpol and authorities operating at Uruguayan airports are also included in the collected data. We send our greetings to everyone and a hug to the AGESIC security director, who must be reading this trying to figure out who we are. The .eml files open with tools such as Mozilla Thunderbird or online services to view emails.

In the previous post, we mentioned that we would soon see more contributions, and today we've fulfilled our promise. We can do much, much more. This is just a small warning to the Uruguayan state to stop making deals with dictatorships like the Venezuelan government. Uruguay is getting worse, and this is the fault of the Uruguayan state (both left and right).

edited March 19, 2025:
In a few days, there will be a data leak related to the Uruguayan deep state... those who are awake already know what we're talking about; those who aren't will soon find out...
By the way, we have nothing to do with the hacking of Buquebus
