What you are referring to are seize sites most likely, maybe you visited it once and then accidently due to not clearing history your browser autodirect you to the previous site.

Even if they don't know your IP, they can use network packet tactics to confirm whether a certain tor user is the one making a certain connection to the server; aka they can know who is the real IP behind a certain account on the forum.

Well, after a while it has been seen that for whatever reason some links displayed in duckduckgo.com show blocking pages or a different message. In both cases the result is that the home page does not load. Could this be updated so that all search engines have all their results updated?
