A flat fee of e.g. 10$ would vastly improve the quality of members active on the forum, lower quality blue fags from 3rd world shitholes who shit up the forum constantly, would slowly be banned and would be unable to return as the majority of these users from these countries cannot afford the fee. It would also make it harder for Cyber Security companies to scrape the forum as they can just easily create new accounts for scraping after they are caught & banned. 

Without the forum being invite only or paid to register like exploit it will become a trash dumping ground like cracked and nulled is right now.

If you add up the entire existence of BreachForums + RaidForums, it turns out that such a system has existed for about 9 years and it has not become a " trash dumping ground" like cracked and nulled. Perhaps the problem is not in the system itself, but in something else?It seems to me that expanding the staff a little and adding additional more staff members would be a better solution than turning the forum into a kind of xss (Which has already ceased to be paid)

Well RaidForums was a lot worse quality of a forum than breached 1.0 was, but breached 1.0 was so high quality because pom was autistically obsessed with the forum and was constantly watching logs, tweaking CF rules and banning scrapers by himself and nobody like pom has stepped up to run the forum and I doubt we'll have anyone like him on the team ever again. 

Also the dynamic has completely changed in the past 2ish years more 3rd world communities like Indonesia have started flooding the forums and dragging down the quality much more severely than anything that has happened in the past. If RaidForums was around when the Bjorka shit happened I really do think the forum would look like cracked/nulled right about now.

XSS although it isn't paid they manually approve registrations and frequently deny new registrations or close registrations completely for an extended amount of time which breached doesn't do, also the forum is in Russian which is a lot less accessible to 3rd worlders as it is taught magnitudes less than English is.

What are we going to do with 160k users?It's just that most of the forum's audience is bluefags.Ban them?But then there will be even fewer users on our forum than on the above xss + traffic will drop.And this is not to mention the fact that what the forum was famous for - large free leaks will most likely have to be forgotten, since everything will rest on commerce and so on.People will try to recapture their money, rather than share their experience and data, or share them in closed communities, as happens in the two above-mentioned CIS forums.Do we need this?And what will happen to the credits system and the official section?After all, both of these things are aimed at a large audience, not a minority.
