If the domain registration fails or does not go through, we can issue a refund or credit. However, if the domain is locked for illegal activities or uses incorrect WHOIS data, we are not responsible. Domain registries have their own specific requirements and conditions that govern domain registration.
Dedicated Servers
Refunds for dedicated servers are not possible. This is because dedicated servers require third-party technicians for manual setup, hardware assembly, OS installation, and configuration. These processes can take 1-2 days, and as we don’t fully profit from dedicated servers, we cannot offer refunds for these services.
Cryptocurrency Payments
If you pay using cryptocurrency, refunds are not possible due to tax compliance regulations. In such cases, the funds can only be refunded as credit balance for future use, or you may choose to use an alternative non-crypto payment method for direct refunds.

Can I upgrade my Service?
Upgrades for Shared Hosting Plans are exclusively available through your client area account. Please be aware that when acquiring a VPS Server, resource upgrades are not offered separately; instead, you need to purchase a higher plan. For Dedicated Servers, resource upgrades can be initiated by submitting a support ticket.
Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility (7 Days)
We offer refunds within 7 days for the following services:

Domain Name Registration
We cannot refund domain name registrations once the domain is successfully registered and listed in the WHOIS database. If the domain registration fails or does not go through, we can issue a refund or credit. However, if the domain is locked for illegal activities or uses incorrect WHOIS data, we are not responsible. Domain registries have their own specific requirements and conditions that govern domain registration.
Dedicated Servers
Refunds for dedicated servers are not possible. This is because dedicated servers require third-party technicians for manual setup, hardware assembly, OS installation, and configuration. These processes can take 1-2 days, and as we don’t fully profit from dedicated servers, we cannot offer refunds for these services.
Cryptocurrency Payments
If you pay using cryptocurrency, refunds are not possible due to tax compliance regulations. In such cases, the funds can only be refunded as credit balance for future use, or you may choose to use an alternative non-crypto payment method for direct refunds.
