Every platform usually has a form for abuse reports, you can report there.

I don't know a website that hasn't at least got some complaints section, whether it's looked at or not is a different thing, but it's still gotta be there

There is no problem to report, there are options to do it with a G account. What is asked here is the option without having a G account and reporting abuse.

Lmao, So i was looking into this, and I discovered the amount of fake 'Complaints' groups that facebook had with AI powering their responses.

So who knows, maybe some bot will just shrug off your concerns lol

For YouTube, you basically need to be a YouTube partner; support is otherwise limited. Not sure about Blogspot.
