By writing new posts or threads.
At the top on the right side you have a number of your collected points, when you click it you can see a table with details:

By posting Or replying to another account holder you will get a point after 10 postes.
Other wise you can buy through certain amount paid.

You have to go to the shoutbox and beg.
Yesterday a kind soul gifted 50 credits (no lie) cause he was self-banning (temp leaving).
If you beg every member who paid for a rank a minimum of 20 times in the shoutbox they'll get exhausted and give you credits.
Be sure to beg anyone with a mod symbol next to their name as well they're the real moneybags.

Also you get more credits the more threads you make, so be sure to make a lot of threads with topics you genuinely are curious about.
