Hello BreachForums Community,
BreachForums escrow has been around for a long time, but many users still don't know how to use escrow. If you are one of them, then this guide is for you
About Escrow
BF Escrow is designed to securely facilitate deals across the forum. We offer a service that guards both parties - buyer and seller - from the repercussions of contractual breaches. On the darknet everyone is anonymous, so the risk of fraud by both the seller and the customer without adequate protection is high.

Here's how our process works: You start by creating a transaction, indicating whether you are the seller or the buyer, and filling in the necessary details. Then, the buyer deposits funds into a unique deposit address provided by the platform. The seller, upon confirmation, can then proceed with the transaction by delivering the product or service. Only when the seller fulfills the contract, the client can finalize the deal otherwise the system will automatically pay the seller. If the seller fails to comply, the system is designed to revert the funds to the buyer.

If the product or service is not delivered as promised, a dispute resolution process is activated. During this process, an impartial intermediary will evaluate the circumstances and evidence to reach a resolution. Our platform typically ensures a smooth automatic conclusion of transactions, minimizing the need for mediation.

Highlights of Using BF Escrow

1)Unique, dedicated deposit addresses enhance privacy for each transaction and accommodate additional funds in the case of underpayment.
2)Automated confirmation of deposits and seamless processing of payments.
3)User-friendly client panel with simple, intuitive forms.
4)Supports a multitude of currencies.
5)A transparent feedback system with comments, ratings, and visible statistics in user profiles to promote trust.
Prerequisite for sales

To be able to sell, you simply must be a member of BreachForums.

Escrow Fees

We do not charge any fees for this service. The only fees you will have to pay are the standard blockchain fees.

Now the guide itself
1. First. Go to your profile (Click on your username next to the "Welcome back")
And enter your BTC/XMR/LTC wallet there (This field is mandatory to create transactions and get refunded/paid.)
I also advise you to enable PGP to ensure greater security of transactions.
2. Create an escrow transaction (Click on "New transaction" button)
3. Specify the deal partner's BreachForums username and also specify your role in the deal (Seller/Buyer). Also specify the amount of the transaction (In $).
You can also add a product description and some additional conditions, but these are not mandatory fields.
4.Specify who pays the fee (Buyer/Seller)
4. Specify Order lead time (time to deliver the goods by the seller) and Verification time (time to verify the purchase for the buyer) - 1day(default)/1week/2weeks
[Image: escrow_6.png]
And click on "Submit deal request button"
Well, now we have an escrow transaction created, what should we do next?
5. Click on "Current transactions" then on the name of the deal under "deal title"

And if you are a buyer, then you should pay for the deal (The money goes to the escrow account and the seller will not receive this money until the time expires or until you confirm receipt of the goods and complete the deal)
You can also extend the deal time
[Image: escrow_9.png]

And of course you can chat with the seller.

7. After the buyer has paid for the product, the seller must provide the product of the deal, after which the buyer confirms the transaction and escrow automatically transfers money to the seller's wallet.
If the seller has not provided you with the desired product or it does not meet the terms of your deal, then you can open Dispute (Click on the "Dispute" button)
After that, describe in detail the reason for opening the Dispute and wait until the administration will solve this (Until then, your money will be safe in the escrow account)
You can also close dispute if you solved problem with seller but please note: "Once you close this dispute, you will not be able to reopen it or initiate another one for the same deal. It is crucial to ensure that all necessary information has been provided and that you are ready to conclude this process. This action is irreversible and marks the final resolution of your dispute. Are you sure you want to continue?"
Even if you forgot about it, don't worryescrow will remind you about it.
You can also see in the screenshots that even after the dispute is opened, the transaction time continues to go on. Don't worry, even if time runs out, your money will not be transferred to the seller until the dispute is resolved.
After closing the dispute, just click the "Finalize" button and the transaction will be completed, and the seller receives the money. Also, if you are satisfied with the product, you can immediately Finalize the deal.
During the finalizing of the deal, you can leave rewiev about the user and the quality of his goods.

Click the "Submit" button and...
Congratulations! Your deal is completed and everyone is happy!
P.S: Many thanks to @XTN for helping to create the guide and test deal. For the sake of this guide, this guy had to sell his body! Twice!
Also, @Trevor, be sure to read this thread. I hope now you understand how to use escrow and will no longer become a victim of a scam.
Have a nice day all and long live safe transactions!

Maybe we need our technical genius @Hollow to fix it.

Oh yes, I still need to finalize the dispute part. I will add this as soon as my deal partner @XTN is online again.

I don't fully understand what you mean. How would you improve it?

Please encourage users to enable PGP as the Escrow app poses a significant security risk without it.
