semi private combo or not!

I'd like to ask you a question. I see “semi private” combos going by. I think we can both agree this is silly. Either the content is private, or it's public. What's the point? Make a combo of 100,000 known lines and 1 private line and here we are with a semiprivate combo?

I think they might be a mix of lists which are from both priviate and public lists, just mashed together to give bigger numbers
