A telegram account being deleted doesn't mean anything. Telegram is probably in fuck zone after french feds arrested the owner. If he was fedded would they not want to force him to keep the account ?

There's also a possible, though unproven, connection to the threat actor group AgainstTheWest (ATW), based on shared email addresses, cryptocurrency addresses, and similarities in writing style. Staying updated with what is threat intelligence is crucial in understanding threat actors.

If he wasn't fedded forever ago it is a miracle. Using the worst and easily logged VPN's. Him acting different because some people said so doesn't mean anything. Him having the opsec of a cripple gypsy with mother issues is probably the bigger issue.
