No bad recipe but for me to be THE best I would make few changes in filling and decoration:

Filling:
• Lemon juice and lemon skin
• 250 ml boiling water
• 300 ml full fat sour cream
• 200 g cream cheese
• 100 g icing sugar
• 300 ml double cream

Decoration:
•Homemade passion fruit jelly

I'll try it if you confirm this is something you've done yourself

I honestly enjoyed it, it was flavorful, alongside some salt & vinegar and lime & pepper chips. I was craving some sorta beverage with it and that's the perfect combo imo
