I sent him the btc, but since he used an telegram wallet it  got flagged for kyc due to aml. Later on i checked my aml score on my btc and it says low risk (im not saying that hes lying that he got kyced but im wondering how could this be my problem)

Hello everyone,

First, the price of the data was $2000 and I accepted his offer of $1250 because he is already an old client and we have closed deals in the past. Then he only sent $1200

Secondly, Since the transfer was blocked due to AML abuse, I did not receive any funds in my wallet. I tried to help this case by verifying my account with passport, but the verification process was rejected.

Third, I am not a washing machine used to launder money and get random criminals' cases out of court. I have the right to protect myself.

Fourth, Who has to close a deal on an unpaid order? Absolutely no one.

Long story short - the buyer paid, but the seller did not receive money due to their own issues.

I dont understand the reason for dispute.

The seller needs to deliver the product because the buyer fulfilled their end of the bargain. This is equivalent to when someone would send a wrong btc wallet addy and then say the addy wasnt theirs. It doesn't work like that.
