Purchase Price $300. 

Situation: 

I contacted him to make the purchase. We spoke on telegram. He said he would not send sample of photo / passports without a $5 deposit. He keeps saying people are leechers which is why he won't give out samples. 

I will not pay for sample, so I agree to purchase and say let's just go straight to MiddleMan. I asked the user which escrow he would prefer to use and he wants to use BF.  I sign up for BreachForums automated Escrow service. As soon as I did that, he said the verification time was too long and he did not want to wait for me to validate the data. He delete the telegram chat. 

This user does not have the data. He is some little kid scammer.

Agreed.  I had a deal with this person (@Elsupastar on Telegram).  They asked for money for sample.  Provided funds, and they asked for more before providing it.  They actually showed a chat session with @Baphomet being a middle man for a larger transaction ... but would not provide sample without more funding.  Consider them burned.  They said situation changed and the sample was bigger, but they wouldn't post it to the drop site of my choice (even though they said they would), and then used comms with Baph to build more realness around the deal. 

Their name is Emulator in the name on Telegram.  Telegram handle is @Elsupastar.  Not to be trusted.

@Elsupastar, if you finish providing the sample or return funds, then I will redact this statement and you will have earned trust back.

The crypto account they asked for money to be sent to begins and ends with the following (respectively):  bc1qhcavcc7h ... qjrz748f7yh2ck

At this point in time, the scammer by the names above: Telegram: @Elsupastar (going by Name: Emulator) has changed their account info, now.

They are now going by Telegram: @Dagoeat (going by Name: Tandem).

Great person to deal with. They have a very sad look on life, and people should stay far away from them.

@AliensMIND respond. They have been reminded via Telegram and via PM to respond. User hasnt been online in 3 weeks so unsure how soon this will result in anything.
