Name: https://breachforums.hn/User-Clear-Voice | @Clear_Voice
Product: (Reference product name, link to thread, proof of purchase)
We have dealt on telegram, The user offered a "an already made p1 tool", he mentioned the tool also came with an API for 250$
How did you get scammed: (Include details of the scam, screenshots, etc. The more information the better.)
I told him i'd like to use a MM or escrow, We then dealt on BF escrow system
After we proceeded with the deal and I paid the 250$ for the already made p1 tool, He sent me a link to a website that I have to pay a subcription to use and even implement my own SIP routes? whats the fucking point of paying 250$ for a website if I need to also give it the SIP routes, and then pay for a subscription? Especially if it's 150$ more expensive than the SIP api he was offering?
Here's him mentioning the "already made p1 tool" that is a "web app made in php and js"
And another lie in here, I cannot "just simply use the website" I still need to input the SIP routes, and pay for a subscription to use the API
More fucking lies, he mentioned that the website is lifetime and has no limit at all, FUCKING LIES, The website has 2 MAXIMUM CONCURRENT FUCKING CALLS
THAT IS WHILE IM INPUTTING MY OWN SIP TRUNK, He said I cannot share the website else he will make a scam report but I'd like to send it to staff for them to see how RIDICULOUS THIS SHIT IS
He cannot keep up with the fucking lies, at the very start he mentioned it's a "prebuilt P1 tool", Then later he mentioned its a "prebuilt web app in php and js" and he also mentions its "Lifetime with no limits" and WHEN I FUCKING RECEIVE THE PRODUCT ITS SOME WEBSITE SERVICE THAT COSTS ANYWHERE FROM 170 EUROS TO 2K EUROS DEPENDING ON THE LIMIT?
Like the maximum fucking plan is 2k euros a Month while still having a 1k limit
This loser had opened a scam report when I refused to release the funds from the BF Escrow, https://breachforums.hn/Thread-Scam-Repo...t-YRDB-250
He then deleted it right after because the funds were automatically released to him without me even confirming they should be released?
And he mentioned that because I was unhappy, he will give me an API key of his "clearvoice" service with a 30 calls limit
But this fucking retarded scammer said he will only give it to me if i release the funds of the Escrow
And he also mentioned in the now deleted scam report "https://breachforums.hn/Thread-Scam-Report-against-YRDB-250" That he will compensate me with his API
This fucking scammer now refused to give me the "compensation" after scamming me twice and after having my money released from BF escrow automatically without me even confirming the escrow transaction release
I'm not going to be replying to this fucking scammer anymore, I'll only reply to this thread once a staff member intervenes or needs more info, I would also like to send the full chat log and the website in question to the mod responsible for handling this report
Time of scam: (Tell us approximately when you got scammed) March 24th
Escrow Transaction: transaction/f66e5b1d-a9fa-41df-99e7-b6348123ae6e/

He messaged me offering "Compensation" of 2 other websites that are probably as shit as this one or probably even fucking worse because he know he has scammed and is going to lose this scam report
Remember the last time this nigga offered a "Compensation" (which was a product i was supposed to receive along the package) He refused to give it to me unless I released the Escrow funds, and when the escrow funds were released, He scammed and refused to give them
Let me just resend them as a reminder
Asking me to release escrow funds before even sending me the rest of the product:
After escrow funds were released and again for the second time he scammed and refused to give the SIP API:
Nope not falling for this again, This nigga already scammed countless amounts of times, From Describing the product completely incorrectly, Claiming it's a "Prebuilt P1 tool", Then saying its a "prebuilt website in php and javascript" and that it "has no limits at all" then it ends up a website selling a service with 2 calls limit and needs my own SIP data for it to function and need to buy a subscription for the limits?
I would love to send this website to staff for them to see how down bad this retarded nigga is to sell a website link for a public paid service he does not even own for 250$
Also for his sales thread, He never showed/sent me the thread of this service before I paid the money, He only described the product incorrectly multiple times as mentioned earlier via telegram but never sent me the sales thread
And I have the full chatlog that I would like to send to staff to confirm how many times this retarded scammer has lied about this product and being a shit human being in general
And as @Tanaka have noticed and confronted him it, He made the fonts of the disclaimers on his thread extremely small so nobody can see them
Again I'll not be replying to him unless a mod replies in here or asks for more info, and I would like to send the mods the public paid service website he scammed me on for 250$ and the full Telegram chat logs to confirm everything I'm saying in here and how much of a retarded scammer he is

Remain civil. it's for sure important for keep the thread clean
About all has been written, I can try check some important stuff
Short:
CV> Selling access to Phone Call Software
CV> This is a website what allows you to use any SIP.
the access must work, without any recharge
Y >> He sent me a link to a website that I have to pay a subcription to use and even implement my own SIP routes?
CV> The website is no KYC & is free to sign up, only email confirmation needed to use website.
Can you send this link to @ Loki, that can check it free without post it public?
CV> We do not offer support for setting up software.
CV> If you want us to setup a custom project, we charge fee.
so it' seem clear they not help you free for use/setup the access that they sell
you can't ask for a setup/configuration without fee
but still, the access must works
but also
CV> We do not have ownership and we are not affiliated with the product/service sold .
And NO
4.3) Proxy selling for someone is allowed, as long as you understand that you're responsible if someone gets scammed. You will be held fully liable as if it was a product you were selling directly.
You will be held fully liable as if it was a product you were selling directly.
so what do you sell, must work as if you own it
if you not own the website, and if it not work in the right mode, it's your fault.
About the api, this api is public?
or the api is part of the deal?
Y> you are been scammed from CV before?
I'm not @ Loki, i can't give a final response
but given the fact that both user ask me today
I hope i can help to clear almost a little the problem
Thanks @ zehq for ranks!!!

When you have a marketplace thread with the description
Quote:This is a website what allows you to use any SIP.
If you're charging someone for a website, it better have everything you spoke about in the thread. If it did not include the SIP, it should be EXPLICITLY mentioned in your thread.
The buyer had legitimate doubts and concerns, and you're already down a point because you said you would compensate, and later, went back on that word when you got the money? You did not stop to think that the buyer had their reasons for not finalizing? The way I see it, you opened a scam report when you felt that the escrow will not be finalized, and you offered a compensation as an incentive to finalize the escrow. Followed by that, when you got the money via escrow, you deleted the thread that offered compensation? That's LOW, even for a new seller.
But I have a more important question.
@Clear_Voice if you do not own the website, what did the buyer pay $250 for?
To get access to a website facing the open internet? On which practically anyone can sign up to?
If the website allows free sign ups but needs the buyer to pay for the SIP routes, what exactly are you selling here? The reason the buyer was reluctant to finalize the escrow deal was because of these irregularities. I would do the same if I were him.
Refund the buyer or offer equivalent compensation.
Please understand your options and the ramifications of those options.

Thank you for the response @ Loki
You mention: "If it did not include the SIP, it should be EXPLICITLY mentioned in your thread."
No where once did I say SIP is included, I even say " Selling access to Phone Call Software - This is a website what allows you to use any SIP."
So your point is invalid.
The buyer was purchasing an APPLICATION for a Press One solution [NOT SIP ROUTES]
It is all mentioned on the thread.
@ Loki please tell me the rules I have broken, I have broken none!
Your only point is that " If it did not include the SIP," which is easily debugged.
I will send him compensation for access ClearVoice.co API user is not getting a refund as product was delivered in original deal & has been offered compensation.
We do not offer with setup/support for third party applications, he get's API access and can do what he wants.
You also state " @Clear_Voice if you do not own the website, what did the buyer pay $250 for?"
Because it's an API you can abuse, plenty of people here sell access to API's, websites, etc what they do NOT own.
What's hard to understand?

@Clear_Voice -
You opened a scam report when you felt that the escrow will not be finalized, and you offered a compensation as an incentive to finalize the escrow.
Followed by that, when you got the money via escrow, you deleted the thread where you offered compensation? A man that goes back on his word is no man.
There is nothing that explains the above apart from dishonesty. Prove me wrong.

Hello, Thank you for replying to this Loki, However due to the history of @Clear_Voice Scamming me multiple times of Compensation as shown above in the screenshots, I would like to receive a full refund of the 250$ I paid instead of dealing with this user anymore, Also I believe he sent me a DM for the compensation of his SIP API while I did not confirm I wanted to pick a Compensation over a refund, Which I'm not planning to even touch the website or the API credentials he sent me as he will claim that I already had used the compensation and then use it as an excuse to not refund me
You also stated " offer equivalent compensation." this is not equivalent compensation, this is a product worth 100$ that he offered as compensation and then scammed me of it again
@Clear_Voice I would like a full refund of 250$ to the original payment method I paid in (BTC) here: bc1qw047jstsmnmd06r908wpdjr49dl6cmedaux9nr

@ niggerforum I dont think you understand. This is the court, and the ones standing in the courtroom need to give explanations. I've provided my reasons for what I think, and I will not explain again.
I will give the verdict.
@ niggerforum you have one day to refund the user or offer equivalent compensation.
Failure to comply will result in a ban along with your information getting leaked.
I will also make sure that the username Clear_Voice and your website is linked with this ban so that no one falls for the attempts to misguide the buyers.
Quote:You still can not tell me what rules I broke or what I done what was wrong in the deal.
I wish you had the self respect, or the dignity to understand basic business sense and honesty, but you dont.
So I will not waste my time explaining a cheater how they cheated. DWC applied.

@ niggerforum how much is the API access worth? And how does that qualify as equivalent compensation if its not worth $250?
The day I start learning more english is when people like you can let go of their rage and learn to read first.
