Going to ban them for now since they were online 3 hours ago and haven't responded. I'll give them 48 hours to respond otherwise I'll leak their information as expected.

There seems to be another open scam report on another forum against them so I'm looking into that. I just don't understand the logic of "i keep your money regardless" without fully proving they tried to legitimately provide the service they offer.

It's basically been another 24 hours since my final warning. @Tamagami made a point to reach out for an unban, and then hasn't bothered logging back in or responding on telegram. If you are going to waste time then this scam report doesn't need to go any further, banned.
