All you were interested in was whether this data had been sold previously or not. I did not sell this data. We didn't talk about your goals, whether you need access to mail or not. We discussed the quantity and price, and you received the data and ran away. Your action does not mean that my data is garbage, but that you have not fulfilled the terms of our agreement. Even if you “don’t want to work with me anymore,” complete the deal.
