I requested a website penetration test from @elixum, but due to differences of opinion, we mutually agreed on a refund. He promised to refund me in Monero but has neither processed the refund nor provided proof of the transaction. Now, he is unresponsive, and it feels like I am being mocked.
I strongly urge him to process the refund properly.

Very poor attempt at trying to hide the fact you did indeed scammed. You posted this thread (https://ibb.co/b217nV8) with the telegram handle @hoinprada the same day the first scam report was opened against you (/Thread-elixum-Scammer) both of which were posted on 20th of January. There are lots of folds and creases in the story you've given me .

After reviewing this case along with the previous scam report that was opened against @elixum, there is sufficient evidence of him scamming. User has now been banned.
