It's a nice tactic, to claim that you were oblivious to the fact that they were offering you document.

I am talking about the intent, not the act to purchase.

Had the seller not sent the data to you, how would you be able to tell if it was a document or a csv?

You had the intent to purchase when your buying thread was active AFTER you were banned and unbanned for the very same reason.

As a moderator, are you unable of removing the thread? I may have been banned but the thread was still public, still allowing people to get in touch with me…
 
As I said earlier, they never offered me a document but a database, I was aware from the beginning of our conversation that this was not a document deal.

LOL I could have removed the thread and implemented a perm ban, all appeals denied, considering that even after being a long standing user of the forum, you did you not care to read the rules, or you thought they did not apply to you.

You were online on the forum AFTER you were unbanned. Infact, you were unbanned by another staff member from the sb.

Are you saying that you failed to stand by the same commitments you made during your ban appeal after you were unbanned?
