I asked joonas before the deal: there are no bots in the dbs and at least 90% of the lines have email password and phone right?
If I ask for passwords why are you not expecting that I want to crack them? Seems pretty obvious to me...
After I told him that the passwords are not crackable he was pressuring me to release the funds and not cooperating in any way which leads me to believe he knew the hashes are uncrackable. This is not about me trying to change the terms after the deal. I deposited the funds to the escrow service and would've liked a smooth transaction but instead I didn't got what I paid for.

Your words are baseless, you had made a purchase request and there was no news of it being cracked, after receiving the information you say there is a problem.
If you had told me in the beginning, I would have given you the necessary explanations. In the text of your purchase request, only the database is requested. So now your words are useless

Second why do you call this a scam report? How can I possibly scam you If I deposited the funds to the escrow service?
A database with passwords has clearly more worth than one without. I doubt you didn't know the passwords are uncrackable.

These are the headers mentioned by the OP -
id,email,password,firstname,lsatname,phone,address,newsletter,last online,ClientId

There are some other things I see in that list apart from the password, that can be put to good use. Unless you've explicitly mentioned BEFORE the deal that you're looking for passwords to crack, this wouldn't have worked in your favor.

I have no use for the other data. I asked specifically for email, phone and password and I asked him to make sure there are no bots. This users tries to sell multiple databases the least he could've done is tell me that the passwords are not crackable when I specifically asked for them. I used escrow because the user didn't had a rank and I thought in case something goes wrong I would be protected. I can just state once again that I asked the seller to make sure there are no bots and at least 90% of the lines have email, phone and password BEFORE we made the deal! I was not aware that the hashes are uncrackable!
