second time im opening a scam report, deleted the last one minutes after creating it as we agreed on a replacement/another way of searching

How did you get scammed: he didnt have an enterprise key so he offered a basic one with warranty being that if it breaks within a month, he ll do a full refund

Time of scam: key died in 10 days, so have not gotten a replacement/refund in around 40 days 

Looking for a half refund, key did last over 10 days after all so its only fair he doesnt have to refund the entire amount.
no longer want a replacement of any kind as to not deal with this person anymore
