Name of user who scamed me : @webinforoot

Product : data of 99ranch and oscart 
Amount scamed : 11k plus extra 2k

How did I get scan : I contacted him from BF he gave me his user name on telegram https://t.me/MichelinTony we communicate on telegram he keeps reselling old data to me I demanded for 99ranch and orscart data from him which I paid 11k for  the both data till today he never sent me datas which I paid for and he never gave a refund he avoided me and only reply when I pretend to buy another data from him he then comes up with excuses I got data of usa and Canada Chinese from him at the price of 7k after paying he sent me only usa Chinese and demanded for extra money before sending me the Canadian Chinese data I sent him extra 2k and since then he never sent me the data and also stoped repling me screenshot of conversations
