How did you could get scammed:
The scheme is plain and simple: The seller is saying that he has the product but can't prove it. Alright, no proofs, no issues, we've got a middleman that can secure both sides. The little cheeky kid is also 0 rep and regular registered user, not providing anything for me to belive that he has what he states.

Funny enough, but the base that he has is 10 million rows = 500$. The test possible is 125$ for 2 million rows. Makes sense. But how you work via escrow from 1,000$ check if the full base is 500$ price? Give me the same base twice? Lol. Who da fuq without loosing their brains would buy a base with no escrow for 999$ and send it to your btc or usdt?
Anyways, escrow refusement, attempt to scam for at least 125$ or maybe 500$ if lucky. He'd be bloody cloud 9 if got up to 999$, could go to TacoBell

He texted me wanting to buy and I told him exactly how it works, he demanded for proof and I said I don't just throw it around cause I've encountered sample collectors and leechers a lot, he took it personal and immediately asked if I accepted escrow, I responded yes I accept escrow but only for transactions over $1k for now, he started complaining and threatening to report me, I didn't even try to explain anything, I blocked him off instantly cause I was too busy attending to other buyers. Logging in to check my messages now and I saw this. To round it up lastly I didn't scam him of a penny and never tried to like he said, I only told him how my stuff works and he developed so much of a headache that he decided to write me an open scam report for no tangible reason at all.

This has nothing to do with how you run your business. What's the connection between the leeching thing and middleman involved? No matter the amount - escrow is the safest option for both. And again, the total cost of the base is 500$ for 10 million rows as you mentioned. How did you imagine a way of safe deal with your "business terms"? This leads to some unlucky dude paying you 500$ for nothing, because it wold suit you la-la-land conditions, but not the forum rules. The easiest way is that you show you have what you stated to me and then this might be a 50/50 chance of truth.

Let me highlight it for you: IT IS NOT ABOUT HOW YOU RUN YOUR "BUSINESS", which is quite fake looking, it is about scam and you refusing to follow the forum rules. 
The point here is 0 proofs of anything:
1. Example proofs - could send 3 rows with critical info like email blurred, that is a normal practice. I work with DBs for quite a long time on several different forums and scammers like you are miles seen.
2. Escrow refusement - the point of a middleman is to secure the funds of the buyer and keep sure that if all goes well, the seller receives those. Normal practice to take test samples via escrow, which I offered you, and then larger amounts bought directly. What you offer is to pay 125/500$ directly. Because you start from 1000$ and all I need costs only 500$. So what is the security in this case? Trusting someone unknown? Funny. Why is the escrow deal not 500$ then?
3. Price - the total amount is 500$ for 10.000.000(!) rows. Gives us a price 0.00005$ per row. Of private info? You kidding? Sure it is not public in overall? Maybe confess in advance?
Seriously, kid. Get off the forum, read some maths books, do your homework, get a better plan at least.
