Software is not ready to be sold at the moment. It is still to early for the public. Bot is inconsistent and on the rare occasion that it does work. Whenever a pop up shows, the HVNC hangs and ultimately crashes. Deal was that the software must be fully functional as mentioned on the product description by the seller
Moreover, i started the dispute within the three days grace period as stated in the product terms of service. No questions on refund when requested within the three days of trial

Please provide a video review that the software does not work. Also attach screenshots. So that you can see that you configured the servers according to the instructions, and also that you used our software according to the instructions.

Yes, I only advise you to reset the servers to factory settings and configure them again according to the instructions. Also, carefully study the management, in particular, watch the video of the work. Then you will really be able to see the product in action

Register in the bot and I will give you a subscription. I don't use malware myself, so I don't have my own panel with my bots. If you think that I will simply give you access to the panel of any of our clients, then these are questions for you, for your competence. You can check the performance of our software without any problems, but buying servers for the panel at your own expense, as well as spilling traffic to you so that you have your own bots just to prove their performance is not an option, do you agree? If we had non-working software, there would be a lot of complaints. We have an open and honest policy. And there was a request to the buyer to provide evidence of inactivity, but NO evidence was provided. So please check the evidence THEY sent. If there are any at all.  If there is evidence of malfunction, the service will refund the entire amount, as previously stated.

And I think it's time to end this circus, which is a kind of arbitration, where the arbitrator asks either for a panel of users with bots, or for the service to make him a panel on servers purchased by the service, and catch up with traffic to his loaders so that bots appear in the panel. If this continues, a reputational claim will be brought against both the buyer and the arbitrator
