Refreshing captcha when creating a reply doesn't work

When writing a reply you need to complete an image captcha. If you click on Refresh to get a new image because some image captchas are shit, this error appears:

There was an error fetching the new captcha. The image verification image you are trying to refresh does not exist.

However, refreshing the page works.
