Hello, I'm reporting a scammer with evidence below and ask everyone to be on the alert

They usually sell a dirty C2 service to several users. I mean something completely unstable and/or non-functional. So far so good, but when I paid for a private network they gave me a 24-hour deadline, they simply stopped answering me and banned me from the Arkanis group on Telegram. They often create several different groups for sales, such as Arkanis itself, GravesNet, among others.
