If you like mystery, I recommend the Japanese Crime Fiction book: Devotion of Suspect X.

It’s an underrated story that I don’t see nearly enough people appreciating lol.

A book I've read recently... A good girl's guide to murder, Sherlock Holmes. These are good mysteries if you ask me...

Moby Dick, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Crime and Punishment, Les Misérables, The Hunchback of Rotterdam, and Don Quixote—these books are incredible. All of them are beginner-friendly except for Moby Dick and The Hunchback of Rotterdam. Moby Dick, my personal favorite, portrays just how powerless humans are in the face of nature’s force. Meanwhile, The Hunchback of Rotterdam dives into the difference between love and infatuation and highlights the moral values we often overlook, along with the corruption of powerful and wealthy individuals in society.
Don Quixote, on the other hand, really made me think. While reading, I asked myself: Was Don Quixote truly just a mad old man, or were the people around him, smart enough to see his madness, actually the foolish ones for mocking and excluding him?
If you’re up for it, I’d also recommend Franz Kafka’s The Trial and Metamorphosis, though they’re a bit more complex
