One thing that I didn't see was changing the settings on calls.
Calling someone isn't good anyway and if you care about opsec, you wont do that to begin with, but what if you get called and miss click I don't know, just wanted to mention it.




Change it to nobody.

You can also turn calling off, I think. 
And a not really necessary thing is to put a telegram on an RDP or something to make your account appear online the whole time.
So that if you come online on the telegram and another identity you have somewhere it can't be compared or anything / time zones blah blah blah

(just don't use telegram)

Thanks for the guide.

It seems like Telegram is just a bunch of "good propaganda", so it's nice to have a guide to follow to make it a bit more safe.
