there are people who offer traffic as service and you pay them for number of installs  , I am not sure if  there are people offering it on BF , but you will find providers on xss.

I tried to create an acc on xss, but I did not get approved.

There are lot of amazing ways . find a good WordPress/Joomla  exploit , collect like 1000 + vulnerable sites , inject java-script ,  make this java-script fetch url for redirection , setup redirects to you site where you ask them to solve captcha , win + r , ctrl + c , ctrl + v  , you should use the java-script for fetching redirection url rather than directly embedding you site , so that even if  you site gets taken down you can add new urls to  where the java-script is fetching .
