he has already leaked the some of the information from the hgs database then he went to prison. Now he used the same account to leak TurkNet's databreach. I guess they will arrest him because of using the same account. It wouldnt hard to catch him.

Actually Turknet officialy shared in the X (twitter) account, that they got cyber attacked and accepted that attackers got those user data.
