The method is, check at least 10 - 20 lines against a file you know is REAL, for a fact, especially one that uses SSN's, DOB's, LOCATIONS.
If you don't have none with REAL SSN's, get the AT&T breach, 74,000,000 of them in it, a few (very few) are screwed.
I have about 300,000,000 miilion ssn's & sin numbers from Canada, so, I can tell which are real & which are not.
"PayDay Loans" are useless (about 80% bull-shit), USE proven data. Generally, DOB will be with them.
For LOCATIONS:
https://www.searchpeoplefree.com/ , its fairly up to date & FREE to use. If they don't show up there at those addresses, the 10-20 lines, they aren't real. You may find a few who you can not find using it (even turning page after page), but you should be able to find at least 90% of them. Meaning 9-19 of them.) Either at the same address, or having moved from it.
At least attempt to CHECK your data, so you don't pass shit around that is not REAL. I can also check Mexico & the Philippines, if I need to, plus the UK & Australia. Other countries, I seldom collect, unless they are REAL VOTER LISTS & seeing as I can't read foreign languages, I rely on my friends to do it for me, those I trust.

Once you know its not real, tell them, so others don't get screwed. Show a "SAMPLE" so they don't call you a liar & tell them what you used to check it against. Saves people from getting into a pissing contest over what has been posted.
Truth is, hacked data is more reliable then shit you have no idea where it came from. Most hackers are not going to pass around bull-shit, or their reputation will be just as useless as the data they are trying to pass around. That's another thing, look at peoples REPUTATION. Tells a whole lot about them.
