My suggestion is basically what the title says. My justification for this is that some users, like myself, cannot log into BreachForums through the hidden service due to hCaptcha being rate limited. I recall that in the first BreachForums instance, a different captcha implementation was used and, in my opinion, that worked well. I'd like to hear what you all would think of this.
