Why do we have to have such extreme weather changes so frequently, im tired of being freezing.

If you are freezing, just ... buy more clothes.

Some will say it's because of HARPP, but in reality it's just mother nature that's having some wild thoughts.

It's called seasons. I'd look it up. I remember reading about it in kindergarten, there are actually picture books about it as well! Could give you some food for thought.
