Yes, but if this technology improves it has to be taken into account. It's very helpful for developers and it can help in another aspects because it is a great source of knowledge.

Definitely has slowed down in terms of support in the general public for it since its become intergrated and used and people see that its being used for bullshit, ie to avoid having to pay for customer service and such.
But its development has increased dramatically and won't stop for the forseeable future.
