banned poeple and rep

people who are banned are removed from your rep, because if there where someone who where to multi account, and over periods of time where to slowly chip away at your rep and then get banned would be bad since it stays the whole time instead of being removed.

If you have a concern of your rep, you can always reach out to staff.
Otherwise removing rep for banned users isn't planned, and not necessary.
