i've been hacking here and there for a while, but i wonder if i should focus on any certification when it comes to learning more. i have no reference for where to start tbh, so any recommendations would be appreciated.

Not quite Hacking, but having some credentials in ISO 27001 could be very handy to have

Depends on ur level of experience. Comptia sec+ is good for intermediate.

And Sec plus is a good place to choose your direction. Plenty technical stuff if you are interested in red team. But also a lot of governance and policy stuff if you interested in what happens at the higher levels. From Sec+ you can follow up with pentester+ if red teaming is your thing which it sounds like it is.

yeah im looking for more pentesting-red team oriented certifications, policy stuff is more of a side quest i guess i need to look into to understand how everything works. thanks!
