Remove the carbs from your lunch. Have a hearty protein rich breakfast. eggs, bacon, yogurt etc.
lunch just grab a fruit. Especially banana. Give it a week and you will be energetic AF

i feel you man. try to go for a walk every day to be able to see the sun. if you can, maybe work near windows where you can see the sunlight, try to avoid working in rooms without any natural light, i know this aint possible for most. also yeah, supplements.

Take stretches breaks! try to stay active throughout the day even tho it's pretty hard to do at work.
You can lie and say you have to take a smoke break, but instead you stretch. . .
just kidding !

Adderall will keep you awake. Or you can get Armodafinil at a few places online without a Rx

Please get your bloods taken to see what you're deficient in. A lot of people are deficient in something without realising it.
