How did you get scammed: I asked him for a specific product with my details and we agreed he will refund if is not valid, after i paid he says hes driving and needs 3 hours until he gets home (getting time to find public stuff to give me) and 12 hours later he sends some useless public stuff he found in google. i told him and he acting like he doesnt understand, 3 times he gaves me a different product i didnt ask for (same public and useless quality stuff, he promised private and hq), and later he sends a fake photo he made with a bot, he agrees he will refund but then he started talking no sense and making time to delete the chat xd

If @ Onism responds, and agrees to refund you for the sale then I won't ban them.
In future, this is currently not allowed on our forum. If people choose to do it outside our forum then that is their choice but if it is brought to our forum in the event of a scam report then we will act accordingly. @ Onism respond so we can get this resolved.

alright im sorry i didnt know, but clearly you can see he told me 3 times before receiving the product he will refund if i dont like or its not valid, he send me some random useless files and after i ask for refund he continues sending random files and saying if that is what i need or if i still want refund, i ask refund and he starts saying the shit he saying now and insulting me, he also gave me bad rep when i got scammed

I will refund you , but for the mods to know the ID is working fine , it's just that you didn't like the quality.
And it was a test ID like we said before and if you don't like the quality just don't buy more.
I got no reason to refund you and for everyone to know , you DMed me to buy I never contacted you first.
