I made an escrow contract for this. I sent @0xDrako money and he agreed to pay back in 48 hours with 20$ interest. So in total 80$. Proof is provided in the chat transcript of the escrow contract.

Technically he has about 2 hours left to pay but I doubt he will because he doesn't respond to messages even though he was online meanwhile. If he really pays the amount back in this time frame, I will take this back. as of now it seems like a really good social engineered scam.
