Hi, I’d like to explain the situation regarding the suspicion of “sales trashing” and the DWC tag I received — which seems to be based solely on his complaints.

On my scam report on Patched, I simply responded to his own message, where he refunded me and added things like “no refund policy” and claimed he refunded me only to prove it’s not a scam. This was after 7 days of not receiving the product, getting no ETA, and being ignored. I don’t see how commenting on that is wrong — I’m not going to stay silent while he acts like he’s doing me a favor by giving back money for something he failed to deliver.

All of my comments were direct responses to his own words, and all I did was state facts and explain the situation clearly. This is what I said:

Then he blamed me for not contacting him via DM on the forum — when I used the official live chat support built into his own website, which he had already been replying to me on. That support chat is clearly meant for customer communication, so why would I randomly message him somewhere else?

Any time I quoted his own words — whether from live chat or the scam report — he refused to take responsibility. Instead, he kept saying things like “that was my manager” or “that was my team,” as if he’s running some big operation just to avoid owning up to anything himself.

Then he started insulting me — calling me “retarded” and “triggered” — just because I mentioned how shady his site is. For example, when I tried to leave a 1-star review after being ignored in live chat, it was automatically changed to 5 stars and now appears in the fake “Reviews” section on his site. That’s dishonest and misleading, and I simply pointed it out.

Gave his service a 1 star - it was changed to 5 stars immediately, and is displayed in "Reviews" section of his website. 

He never once addressed the actual points or facts I brought up — he just kept spamming the same lines over and over: “sales trashing, please ban him,” both on Patched and here. Meanwhile, everything I said was simply a reaction to him trying to spin the situation, shift the blame onto me, and pretend like I didn’t deserve a refund.

Now, in this thread, he’s making even more false claims — posting random accounts and claiming they’re mine. I have no idea who those users are. I created this account only to file a scam report after a Google search showed he advertises on this forum as well.

Finally, after receiving the refund, I asked him to simply send the transaction ID (TXID) in my report on BreachForums so the case could be marked as resolved. I didn’t want to waste even more time dealing with this person, so I told him to handle it himself — just like I had to fight for my money for 7 straight days while being ignored.

Also @Loki, feel free to review the scam report thread on Patched yourself — both what he wrote and what I wrote. It has nothing to do with sales trashing, and it doesn’t even involve this forum at all. I was simply responding to his own words and actions.

Btw. He gave me -20 reputation just because I replied to his own words — which he somehow considers “sales trashing.” I guess in his mind, once a customer gets refunded, they’re supposed to shut up, stay quiet, and even say thank you for being spat on.

@Loki Btw. he also gave me a -rep on Patched as well as revenge for simply responding in my own scam report. I contacted the admins there, had it removed, and was told that if he does it again, he’ll be banned from the forum.

@Loki Noted and Done. I think @Badasskeedd had a thread but all of our posts were removed when this scam report was opened... anyways I will make a new thread in marketplace.
all my threads were edited and removed  word "sell" and the site name from all of them too.
I cant edit the paste files once they are created. site name or word "sell" wont be on my new posts. only bot/our social TG links will be as you said in PM.

your DWC wasnt only for my complaints, link to whole SCAM REPORT on other forum was sent to @Loki on PM to check sale trashing after refund. check again how your messages got alot longer and started sale trashing right after refund.
another DWC reason was sale trashing with fake account on BF yesterday, and the fake rep that was removed by mods

answer to your next claim, the staff support told you to wait, but couldnt you click on the TG or DISCORD links on our websites to check more or find more info? our TG links went down one after another but the new links were on the site

@Loki lets say spam accounts from yesterday werent him, and he found here by googling as he says, but how OP  knows these forums so well that he doesnt sale trash with his main on BF (because he will get banned fast here) but knows its softer on PTO and does it? he also did this on a 3rd forum SIN.ly so this guy has time for all of these reports, but on site just because staff support said wait he couldnt click on our TG DISCORD links? same with sending a message on forums? I mean when you know the accounts, why not sending a message?

You keep repeating the same things hoping they'll magically become true, but let me clarify again — for the last time.

1. DWC "not only from your complaints"
Yeah, no shit — because you PM’d @Loki a link to the scam report on Patched and cried about me responding to your own refund message, where you brought up "no refund policy" while failing to deliver a service. That’s not “sale trashing,” it’s called accountability.

2. "Fake account" on BF
Not mine. I created one account here to report this issue, and your paranoia doesn’t count as proof. You’ve posted random accounts and guessed they were mine because they didn’t praise you. That’s weak.

3. "Why didn’t you respond here in 48h?"
Because I already posted my BTC address on the other forum and here as well, and told you to just send the TXID. You didn’t need anything else from me. And no — I’m not obligated to help you get your thread closed while you throw dirt at me and pretend you did me a favor.

And? It was a direct response to your nonsense in my own scam report. Again — you’re crying because someone dared to respond when you acted like you refunded out of kindness, not because your bot was dead for 7 days and you failed to deliver. That might be your version of “settled.” Mine is: I was ignored, not delivered what I paid for, had to create multiple scam reports, and was refunded only when you got banned. And even then, you kept running your mouth publicly — so I responded publicly. Simple.

6. "Why didn’t you click Telegram/Discord links?"
Because I used your official live chat, the one you provide directly on the site for customer support — the same place I was told “no ETA”  for the bot. Don’t blame your bad support system on me. It’s not the customer’s job to dig through backup channels when the official one is silent.

7. "We’re a big team, I don’t have access to live chat"
Then why are you blaming me for not messaging you directly on forums? You admit there are multiple people involved, yet you're pinning all communication responsibility on the customer. That’s called dodging accountability.

8. "Why talk on PTO and not here?"
I was already getting ignored through your live chat, I was tired of chasing your support team in circles, so I did what worked: posted reports where your service is advertised. If you were communicating properly and didn’t make excuses about “managers” and “teams,” I wouldn’t need to post anywhere.

9. -20 Rep
You gave me a -20 rep just because I responded to the words you wrote yourself. You think a refund strips me of my right to reply? That’s not how it works.

You keep making this look like I’m running some vendetta — when all I ever did was ask for a refund, and then defend myself when you tried to spin the story.

No need to have the same conversation over 2 forums.

There was no refusal to cooperate — I was actively responding on Patched, and I didn’t see the point in repeating myself on two forums. The conversation was already happening there.

He keeps saying I “spent hours replying on Patched” — yeah, because I was correcting the false narrative he kept pushing after the refund. I wasn’t doing it to drag anything out — I just wasn’t going to stay silent while someone publicly twists facts and blames me for using their own support system.

And to be clear — I’m not even a regular user here. I made this account only to post the scam report, and I didn’t care what was going on in this thread while I was trying to resolve it on Patched. If he hadn’t kept posting misleading stuff there, I wouldn’t have replied at all.

I genuinely don’t understand why you’re still replying here. None of my recent messages are even directed at you, yet you keep jumping in like you need to have the last word every time. I’m stating facts about how the situation happened — meanwhile you’re still going on about how I’m somehow hurting your “business” and “sales trashing” you. It’s getting ridiculous.

So let me get this straight — It was totally fine when you ignored the scam report for 2 days, only replying once you got banned and needed me to contact mods to unban you. But when I don’t reply to a scam report on this forum — only because I’m already having the exact same conversation with you on another forum — suddenly I’m the bad guy and deserve a permanent DWC, as you put it?

If that’s your logic, maybe you should be the one with a permanent ban — since you couldn’t even respond to your own scam report within the time you were given.
