@Loki Just a final clarification from my side:

I never refused to cooperate here — I simply continued the conversation where it started: on Patched, where I filed the original scam report. I was actively responding there, including asking him to provide the TXID here to get this thread resolved. I didn’t see the point in copying the same conversation across two forums — that’s not refusing to cooperate, that’s just being practical.

He keeps saying I “refused to respond,” but when I sent him links to the scam reports through his own site’s live chat, he completely ignored them for two days. The only time he finally decided to respond — both in the scam reports and in the chat on his site — was after he got banned on Patched and received a DWC tag here. Only then did he suddenly care and ask me to message the admin to help get him unbanned.

He also keeps saying “I’m not support staff” — that’s fine, but I used the support system on the site where I paid, and that’s where I got responses before, including being told there was no ETA for the bot coming back. If the person reading the chat can’t handle support, that’s their internal issue, not mine as a paying customer.

And as for this “sale trashing on 3 forums” claim — I simply responded to his own public messages, like when he said he “refunded only to prove it’s not a scam” and started talking about a “no refund policy.” Instead of just being honest and saying “yeah, the bot wasn’t working so here’s your refund” — which would’ve been fair and professional — he went into this whole performance about how the refund wasn’t deserved, because they “don’t do refunds,” and that he only gave it to me to prove he’s not a scammer. But the truth is, he didn’t even have a choice — he was already banned on Patched and tagged with DWC here. So what’s the point of all that “no refund policy” talk? It’s just damage control. Just say it how it is — you failed to deliver, and you refunded because you had to. Simple.

This is my response which sums everything up:

"This isn’t a scam report. I didn’t scam anyone. I got scammed, waited 7 days with no product, no ETA, and only got refunded after he got banned here.
All I did was respond to his own public message, where he said “I refunded just to prove I'm not exit scamming” and “we have no refund policy.” If you refund someone after getting banned, and then act like you’re doing them a favor — don’t be surprised when they reply.

He’s now mad I replied to that, calling it “sales trashing.” That’s not trashing — that’s just not letting you rewrite the story when you didn’t deliver what you sold. All I did was respond to his own messages in the scam report — nothing more. Maybe take a moment and actually learn what “sales trashing” even means, because replying with facts to someone who ignored me for 7 days isn’t it. Sales trashing would be if I was jumping into your sales threads spamming stuff like “don’t buy from this guy, there are 10 other shops with cheaper prices.” That’s what sales trashing looks like. Replying to him in a scam report with FACTS — especially when he is the one who started throwing nonsense like “no refund policy” after not delivering anything — that’s just me correcting your bullshit. What, I’m supposed to shut up now and let him push his little narrative that the refund wasn’t deserved? He literally had no choice but to refund me after getting banned, and now he acts like he did me a favor? If anything, he should’ve apologized for wasting my time and be thankful the moderation gave him a chance to fix things — because he already got banned once for not replying on time and he had to ask me to contact mods to unban him so he could refund me - which I did for him.

And the refund? It came after he got banned, after I was ignored for days in the live chat on the same website where I bought the keys. That’s where I asked for a refund and got left on read. Then he has the audacity to blame me for not messaging him through forum/discord PM, like it’s my fault I used the support chat that he himself set up. That’s not my problem — that’s him trying to dodge responsibility and shift blame instead of owning the fact his bot was down and no one was responding. As a customer, I’m not gonna chase people across forums or platforms just to get basic support — especially when I had already been receiving replies on their own website’s chat before. And it was on that same chat where my refund requests were read and ignored. If the person running the support chat can’t forward something as simple as a refund request to the “right” person — that’s not on me. I’m not supposed to guess how their team is structured or who’s in charge of what. I used the support system they provided — and got ignored, and he has the audacity to blame me for that.

Let’s talk about that “no refund policy”. A refund policy only applies if you actually deliver something. In this case, he didn’t deliver anything — the bot didn’t work at all for 7 days, and when I asked for an ETA, he told me there wasn’t one. You can’t say “no refunds” when you didn’t provide any product or service. That’s not a “policy” — that’s just avoiding responsibility. I didn’t get what I paid for. So yes, I expected my money back — because I was entitled to it. That’s how it works, plain and simple.

Everything I posted was a reaction to what he wrote first. I never started anything, I only replied so he couldn’t push false claims or make himself look innocent when he wasn’t.

Also, after he ignored me and I asked for a refund, I tried to leave a 1-star review on the order. It got automatically changed to 5 stars and is now shown proudly on his site. What kind of legit seller does that? Says everything you need to know.

And just to be clear — he was the one who gave me a negative rep first, even though I never planned to give him one or drag this any further. I was just replying to his public comments with facts. I only left him a -rep after that, and it was fully justified based on how he treated me as a customer — ignoring messages, blaming me, and then acting like the refund was some generous gift.

His -rep on my profile was simply revenge — and that’s exactly why it was removed by staff. It had no valid reason to be there.

So no — this isn’t “harassment” or “sale trashing.” It’s just someone upset that their lies didn’t go unchallenged Smile

He still continues to waste people’s time, including mine instead of just taking accountability for how he treated a customer, he’s doubling down, playing victim, and dragging this out across multiple forums.

I dont care what admins/mods here or there decide to apply on you but for sure I care about your sale trashing and I will get it removed even if needs opening a scam report as I just did. as it was removed on pto it will be removed here too. the fact that you were refunded does not belong in my rep, from the time you told me "at this point I wanna get a refund" and provided txid was less than 12 hours!
@Loki just check my previous message on this thread, thats the ideal way to end all of this. I dont want to do anything anymore with this guy.

I got ignored for days, had to message mods to get you unbanned just so you could finally respond, and when you refunded me — instead of owning the situation — you tried to frame it like a favor.
That’s not how this works. And if you keep trying to weaponize the term “sales trashing” just because I didn’t say “thank you” and shut up — it’s only making you look worse.

The rep system exists to rate how the transaction went — not just to leave praise. If only positive reps are allowed, then what’s even the point of having the system at all?
And no, it wasn’t "less than 12 hours" like you're claiming — it was 4 days.
The bot was already down for 3 days when I messaged your support asking for a refund.
Then I was ignored.
Then you got banned for not replying to my scam report for 2 full days.
Only after that — another day later — you refunded me, and even then you had the nerve to throw in “no refund policy” while still not delivering anything.

Also, let’s be clear — you wouldn’t have gotten a -rep from me at all if you hadn’t first left one on my profile out of pure spite. But if that’s the game you wanna play, then don’t cry when it goes both ways.

Opening scam report is not threatening, I just wanted your sale trashing to be removed and its removed! feel free to sale trash me again on pto and will see who will get banned.
still true, we dont refund when bot is up we replace. in your case bot was down and you were refunded, you call us scammer and exit scamming and thats how @Badasskeedd responded to to you. so its kinda the same, stop acting like a victim

@Loki you see how active OP is , answering in minutes now but he couldnt answer in 2 days after he was refunded? OP was checking thread with alt accounts and started posting here as soon as he saw you told me you would close the thread!

@Loki he's acting like my activity now somehow proves something — when the simple reason I didn’t reply here earlier is because I was handling everything on Patched, where the actual scam report and conversation were happening. That thread got closed, so now I’m replying here, since he clearly won’t let it go and keeps tagging and posting like it’s still ongoing.

As for this nonsense about "alt accounts" — I made one account here to post the report, and now I’m using it to respond to all the crap he keeps writing. He says he wants nothing to do with me, but keeps replying and throwing in new accusations.

Too bad you couldn’t reply for 4 days when I was asking for a refund on your own live chat and you just left me on read. Too bad you couldn’t respond for 2 more days after I sent you links to the scam reports. And too bad you couldn’t deliver a working product for 7 days since the purchase either.
