This person is slow and needs to send me the last database as part of our escrow deal.

Our escrow deal was released even though one database was not send because he promise to send the data the next day as it was on a different pc. I wait now over a week and have not got this data. He reply on telegram with simple 1 sentence instead of sending the data.

Hey, yeah, I wasn't online these days at all, sorry for my issue, waiting on him
to reply on telegram so we can end the dispute
I don't have internet in my home currently, waiting on these people to put the wires, and I have a file on my PC I cannot send, as the internet is off
I asked the user if he wants two different breaches near the price, or a refund, or the genesis tomorrow night when I have my internet

No internet but can access Breach still. Either send the db or refund partial please.
