Telegram is not secure, we had a demonstration of that a few days ago when they provided the FBI with connection logs. That says a lot, whether it's Telegram/Signal none of them are safe.

We can agree that Telegram is no longer a messaging app offering effective anonymity. Unlike Signal, conversations on Telegram are not automatically end-to-end encrypted. This means Telegram's servers can potentially access standard chats. Telegram also collects metadata, such as phone numbers and login logs. This information could compromise anonymity if it falls into the wrong hands. What do you think?

Yes, that's what I do. But in my country, it’s becoming very complicated. It’s almost impossible to buy a SIM card without a local connection. Even WiFi connections require an OTP sent to a mobile number.
