Been using multiple laptop brands, but the one my favorites are the old acer laptop and Lenovo Laptops (even the new ones).

Old Laptop are tanky, especially Acer Laptop (I used the old one, forgot the type of laptop it is tho). But, for the newest laptop, imma say keep using lenovo. They have solid build, no bloatware (unlike some brand). heck, even lenovo gaming series laptop is great, but kinda expensive.

back again, what kind of work do you need to do. maybe just to play games or work?

Get a ASUS ROG Strix and put Linux on it... with the GPU card it simply FLIES!!! Never had a laptop like this in my life. The battery life could be better, but the performance is second to none.

i use a lenovo, and trust me, i bought it from secon market called backmarket.com, and because of a scratch, i had a 60% of discount on it, try to find your pc in there, trust me

a laptop thats like a decade old and barely breaths, its an hp one but i don't remember what model it was lol
