You can lie and say you have to take a smoke break, but instead you stretch.  . .

i often have stiff back and hips from computer works.
when to go to the bathroom, i will take stretches breaks.

mmm..its seems to be so hard but i will try!

Only for lunch. Fee free to have carbs for dinner.
carbs convert to glucose really fast, and when the glucose is used up you crash. That is where the sleepyness comes from.
An alternative is using more complex carbs. Ie boil some pearl barley in water with salt and have that with lets say some leftover stew. That will not crash your energy nearly as fast as say fastfood, pasta, or bread

i mostly do desk work every day.
i try to fight my drowsiness, but its really tough...especially after lunch.
pls let me know the best way!

Remove the carbs from your lunch. Have a hearty protein rich breakfast. eggs, bacon, yogurt etc.
lunch just grab a fruit. Especially banana. Give it a week and you will be energetic AF

i often hear that carbs cause drowsiness, too.
mmm..its seems to be so hard but i will try!

You're welcome man, hope you get that energy back!
